Faced with this and drawing on the strengths and skills of our people, Harrison Spinks Beds made the decision in late 2022 to further increase the uniformity and quality of our products through the introduction of a ProActive based ISO 9001 QMS.
The ability to produce the highest quality beds at the lowest possible cost remains vital to the continual success of Harrisons Spinks. Commencing in June 2022 our formal quality management systems were gradually applied providing support to our team and improved levels of bed quality performance.
Implementing and improving the quality management system at Harrison Spinks Beds and achieving ISO 9001 certification has and continues to deliver tangible benefits. These including improved product quality, reduced returns, reduced waste and higher levels of customer satisfaction each of these enhancing our placement and reputation in the challenging high quality bed market.
In selecting DAT Performance and it’s ProActive software to host our ISO 9001 QMS, Harrison Spinks have a solid platform in place that proving to be an excellent return on investment, so much so that we shortly intend to extend ISO system soon to cover ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
