Haigh Consultancy Services Ltd (HCS) is an ISO27001 and ISO9001 accredited IT consultancy providing bespoke IT services and products. When the opportunity presented itself for us to manufacture a medical product, we realised we would need certification to ISO13485.  DAT provided us with all the help we needed and developed a system for us that passed certification at the first attempt.  DAT's ProActive software provides us with an excellent QMS fully supporting our risk controls and the  marketing of our products. Our ISO 13485 consultant worked closely with us to build the system providing the training we required all within two months from first visit to certification.  The service provided by DAT was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the result.  Working with DAT Performance gave us access to the knowledge and experience that we needed to gain our certification and get our products on the market rapidly.
